Message: Lousiana roofing company. Came up some metal screws short. And had no ideal where to even begin looking for them here (Mississippi) (it was 4:40. They close at 5) people at the office took my order, placed it and stayed open for me to come grab my screws and finish my roof. Professionalism at its finest and them yard boys where more and happy to serve me as well.

Message: This was my first time here for many years. The inside staff was helpful even though it was the end of the day they were tired. The woman at the checkout was friendly. The prices were good. The outside experience was not that great. There were many staff around but we were ignored and not knowing the process it took us a while to find product and to get any help. I would hope this is not normal maybe just an off day.
