Message: I recently had the pleasure of having M & M Glass replace an old mirror in my home. From start to finish, my experience with them exceeded my expectations.. Top reasons I rated them 5 stars:. Their exceptional customer service, fair pricing, and quality workmanship truly set them apart.. First and foremost, they were kind. Michael was very patient and helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns about the process. He explained the issue with my mirror in a way that I could understand. (There were dark spots on the backside of it. ). We live in a 1950’s home and want to preserve all we can that is original to the house. I will have him coming back in the future to work on some original windows; mostly because he respected our home as if it were his own.. M & M Glass was punctual and professional. I knew they were experts when they arrived with all of the necessary tools and materials, and got right to work. The job was completed in a timely manner and he paid excellent attention to detail. They even offer what I consider “white glove service” in hauling away the old material! The finished product looks fantastic! The new mirror matches the original perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Overall, I would highly recommend M & M Glass for any glass-related needs.
