I live 3 hours from the shop but schedule appointments when I know k will be passing through the Ellisville area. They did an excellent job replacing the windshield on my suv a few months ago and my husband’s truck today.

Message: I called around 4pm and placed an order for a window pane. The woman I spoke to said it would be ready first thing the next morning, she would call me when ready. I called at 11 since she hadn't called me back. I told her I needed to pick up by 3, she said no problem. I got there and it still wasn't ready and I had to wait for someone to come in and cut it. She overpromised and underdelivered.
